• Viral controls offers a highly accurate process/temperature instrument, which is effective in checking out most calibrations. With a high responsibility factor, the instrument handles the wildest operating voltage, 70 - 300v, 40 - 400hz ac; 100 - 420v dc. All the input terminals (t/c, rtd, ma, v, excitation 24v) are fault protected indefinitely up to 250v ac/dc, while each unit is subjected to a failure-free 168 hours burn-in. It fulfills a correctness of four digit linearization, relative accuracy: 0.03 percent. The sub surface die heated zener reference (20ppm/1khr) and 10ppm/°c gain resistors provide unmatched stability with time and temperature. The reference and gain resistors pre-stabilised by 168 hour burn-in. The instrument demonstrates stable readings with superimposed ac (nmrr typical 120db) and spikes..
