• Nikki precision locknuts made from rotolinear are available for ballscrews and other operation such as cnc machine tools, robotics, spms, factory automation, etc. It is available in internal thread from m6 x 0.5 to m200 x 3 of different models like mrz series - radial locking, mkr series - axial locking, mf series - 30-degree locking, mr series - radial locking, sfz and tmf series - 30-degree locking. The material employed in lock nut is scm440, the hardness is hrc 28-32, precision iso 4h. These lock nuts are used by lot of oems in japan, taiwan, europe, chine, etc. The precision turned lock nut thread to face squareness is under 0.005 mm and precision ground locknut is under 0.003 mm. .
