The process consists of mixing of pvc resin and blending it with proportionate additives such as lubricants,stabilisers, anti-oxidants and other filers. Compounding is done with the help of twin-screw extruder followed by continuous extrusion, under electronically controlled processor. Extruded pipes are then passed through spray chill to achieve best possible balance between mechanical strength and the hardness.
