The tube bundles available can be either fixed or removable type. The design is the result of computer aided design techniques and extensive performance testing. Manufacturing is done in the company’s plant by experienced craftsmen under strict quality control procedures. The company can offer coolers for any pressure (up to 100 kg/cm²) and temperature (up to 350°c). The maximum cold temperature difference (ctd) can be between 6°c to 10°c. An important aspect of quality control is the testing of the end product in actual working conditions. It has a moving array of testing equipments like the vibration testing rig for automotive oil coolers, heat dissipation and pressure testing rigs for heat exchangers, with a well-equipped lab for millipore test, for testing the cleanliness of heat exchangers. Single pass, two pass counter-flow, shell-and-tube design provides close approach temperatures, gains maximum heat removal benefit from expensive cooling water. Counter-flow design maximizes air to water temperature difference for high heat exchange efficiency. Copper heat exchange surfaces provide excellent heat transfer rate. Single pass design and smooth surface copper tubes minimize fouling and allow low pressure drops..
