-german project emco lenze pvt ltd. These are used in various applications where immediate stopping of the driven load is needed. The operation of the brake is fail safe type, ie, normally on. The brake is applied when the power to the motor is cut-off, switched off or in case of power failure. The unit is a combination on an ac induction motor and an electromagnetic ac or dc brake.
