• Dihart has been manufacturing pcd reaming tools as special equipments for many years. A programme of approved pcd reaming tools was first exhibited at emo 2003. In future the new mono bloc tool will come with two and four cutting edges in 4.0 to 20.1 mm sizes. These tools will be kept in stock as brazed blanks in particular dimensions and only finish ground to order for specific bore dimensions, tolerances and cutting lead geometry. As a result of the ready blanks customers can be supplied with pcd reaming tools in the least possible time for specific tasks such as boring location holes in aluminium up to a bore quality of it6.
