• Machtoners engineers offers steel backed, sintered bronze ptfe and lead lined self lubricating bushes, washers and slide plates for dry or semi-lubricated environments. Different backing materials like ss 304, ss 316 and bronze can be offered for corrosive environment applications. Popularly called as the du/dxò series, these bushes can substitute conventional bearings, where it is desired to save space, to provide for a maintenance-free bearing, and to provide superior shock and impact load resistance. These bushes have excellent performance under high load-low speed application, with the operating temperature range between -200 to +250° c. The sliding ptfe layer offers lower co-efficient of friction; chemical resistance and low wear characteristics compared to conventional self-lubricating materials. Typical applications include hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and equipments, all types of valves, pumps, automatic machines, material handling equipment, automotive, office equipments, textile machines, and machine tools. .
