• Process equipment corpn present flush bottom valves used of rliquids having high harsh slurries, high viscosity, high temperature, high pressure, liquids solidifying at low temperature, liquids, which are difficult to handle through customary valves. These valves are offered in two different vessel during operation of the valves; and inside valve opening: valve disc travel inside valve during operation of the valves. The cavity between the valve discs and bottom of the vessels is exterminated to keep identical conditions in vessels and valves thus solidificaion of liquids do not take place in the valves. Materials of construction include: ci, cs, ss-304, 316, 316l, 304l, alloy-20 hastalloy, etc. Operation is by hand gear-operated, hydraulically-/pneumatically-operated, or electric-operated. End connections are flanged with ansi/din/bs/is or as per needs ranges from 50 mm nb to 300 mm nb or more. Applicaions are in industries, such as chemical, pharamceutical, dyes & intermediates, oil, process house, distilleries, fertilsers, refineries, etc..
