• S raj & co presents a range of honed tubes of high accuracy and surface finish. These are made in materials like ms, ss, brass or aluminium. Honed tubes have applications in pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, ic cylinders plastic extruders, barrel, moulds and other miscellaneous applications. The company exercises strict quality control in the following way: inner dia checked by dial bore gauges throughout the length of the pipe; ultrasonic test conducted on sample pieces; physical and chemical test done on random basis; surface finish checked by surface finish measuring instrument on random basis. Its specifications are as follows: accuracy/tolerance - h8; surface finish - 12-16 m cla; material - 106b for ms; and sizes - 10 mm to 600 mm (diameter), and 1000 mm - 6000 mm (length). Facilities are available on labour charge basis for volumes along with deep hole drilling and counter boring. Also available honed tubes and plated rods as per drawing..
