These machines are based on the tried, tested and reliable international puf manufacturing technology found to be perfect for soft and rigid polyurethane foam. The machines are changed to suit environment friendly freon free polyol. They are maintenance friendly, versatile and trouble free, provided the most advanced transmission and sophisticated imported injection control systems. This ensures accurate repeated shot size, controls the mixing ratio and eliminates wastages. Various types of mixers are used for different types of foam and the machine can run to produce different sizes of pu foam items depending upon mould sizes. Maintenance free gear pumps for low-pressure transmission of components with variable speed dc drives, are used. Compact heat exchangers are provided to keep chemicals below 20(c go improve foam quality. Under these deal mixing conditions the difference in the mixing ratio is found to be very narrow resulting in less consumption of isocyanate.
