• Mechanically flexed diaphragm metering pums presented by shapotools are perfect for pumping water treatment chemicals and other corrosive medias. The metering pumps are rugged with specifically designed diaphragms for long life. The pumps are economical and suitable for most applications. They are pretty useful for accurate dosing and mixing of acids, alkalis, slurries, viscous liquids, etc. The pumps are also used in chemical, water treatment, paint, food, dyes detergents, paper, nuclear reactors, plastic, pharma, fertiliser, cosmetics, petroleum, etc. Controls are varied locally, manually or remote automatic by stroke/speed control by electrical (4 to 20 ma) or pneumatic (0.2 to 1 bar). The diaphragm metering pumps are offered in ranges from 0.1 to 15000 lph against pressures up to 350 bar. Materials of constructions are ss, ptfe, pvc, pp, alloy-20, hastalloy, etc. .
