• Siddharth air atomizing spray nozzle is a rare two-substance nozzle. This finds application in tablet coating, humidifying air and products, light and heavy oil firing, tracking, spray coating, drying, air and gas cooling, etching plants and residue combustion and where very large and high viscous quantities of liquids and pastes have to be turned to mists or fine atomized. Efficiently designed to reduce compressed air consumption, it works under an atomizing pressure of 0.3 kg/cm² upwards. This two-substance nozzle guarantees a large surface coverage at a minimum of energy. -the spray angle in a flat fan can be varied from 10° to a maximum of 90°. Highly atomized sprays can be obtained at a relatively low flow rate. The flow rate in these nozzles can be varied from 0.05 lpm to 25.0 lpm. The liquid can be fed under principles of gravity, suction or by pressure. A flat fan is designed with a fine adjustment screw for adjusting the spray angle from 10² to maximum of 90°, keeping the flow rate constant. In a flat fan the mixing takes place externally..
