• Summits hygronics makes a heatless pressure swing adsorption air dryer to block condensation of water in airlines by lowering the dew point of the air. The non-lubricated switching valves direct wet compressed air entering the drying tower from pre and oil removing filters at the lower end. The designs of the towers block fluidization of the desiccant. On the whole ten percent of the dry air is forwarded into the regenerating tower to depressurize it to atmospheric pressure and used to regenerate the desiccant. Once the moisture is removed the purge air exits through a muffler. Solenoid valves control the switching and exhaust valves. Technical specification: capacities up to 200 cfm @ a maximum working pressure of 70 kgf/cm² is offered; de0w point as low as -40°c; and no operator assistance required with minimal routine servicing. Application: textiles, textile processing, instrumentation, foundries, cnc machine shop, food processing, general engineering, etc..
