• Summits hygronics presents a compressed air dryer. This is a refrigerant compressor to keep aside the condensed moisture from the air stream. Saturated compressed air on entering the air-to-air heat exchanger (pre cooler) is cooled by exchanging heat with the outgoing cold air. A refrigerant compressor and condenser supply low temperature refrigerant to the evaporator. The process cools the air reducing its capacity to hold water vapour and results in moisture condensation. The condensed moisture is removed from the air stream by an in-built moisture separator and automatic drain valve. Technical specification: capacities up to 2000 cfm @ a maximum working pressure of 70 kgf/cm² is offered; pressure dew point as low as 2°c; thermostatic expansion valve above 200 cfm and tube-in-tube heat exchange up to 400 cfm. Special features: highly reliable and compact, dew point indication on front panel, mechanical moisture separator with automatic drain, compressor thermal overload protection, entire heat exchanger thermally insulated, hot gas bypass arrangement and non-cyclic type for consistent dew point. Application: textiles, textile processing, automobiles, foundries, tool room, cnc machine shop, instrumentation, painting, packaging, general engineering etc..
