• These rotary sliding vane type monobloc blowers are specially developed with compact desing being successfully used for intermittent pressure applications for agitation of resins in mixed bed deionisers. The pumps give trouble free performance with easy maintenance methods, and genuine spare used with original equipments in most of the plants. They are built with unique features to give trouble free performance with regular vacuum feeding lubrication system. The oil baffled, filtered from the exhuast is collected to the oil chamber. It avoids the oil spillage from the exhaust and helps to get clean and fresh air without smoke. The excessive ventilation system by infinitesimal blades being used in these pumps controls the temperature ofthe vacuum pumps. Besides specially heat treated vanes help in silent running and avoid negligence of roughness of rotor slots and end covers. The pumps can be modified to suit specific applications with minimum power consumption. They are driven by direct coupled, mounted and v-belt mounted methods on fabricated base and belt guard..
