• Presenting metallising type sprayjet-98 gun designed to produce combustion flame sprayed coatings. The advance verson of metal spray system is ideal for instant start and stop of wire feed control by thumb preventing wastage of wires.The metallising wire is pulled into the rear of the gun by wire drive rolls and gears operated by pneumatic driveturbine, the control of drive rolls and gears, to grip and release the wire, are activated by the wire grip mechanism. One has several options to use this gun as per desired requirements like: selecting cnsumable gas like oxygen-acetylene or oxygen-lpg; selecting wire size right from 2 to 4.76 mm dia; the gun can be for hand held or by machine mount operation; selection to use for standard speed for high melting wires like steel, copper, brass or for low melting wires like tine, zinc by replacing few parts; extension available for internal spraying of bore size from 35 mm and above; and very easy operation without much risk of backfire as the surface between nozzle and siphon plug are o-ring sealed, instead of lapped sealed..
