That began operations in 1960, as a small machine shop for machining forgings (imported earlier) for mumbai based automobile manufactures. Production capability: closed die forgigs from 0.5 kgs to 100 kgs ; upset forgings up to 150 mm shaft dia; and rolled seamless ring up to 3000 mm and 400 mm height. Production facility: a series of drop forging hammers from 1 tonne to 6 tonne capacity: hollow extrusion press - 500 tonne; upsetter - 800 tonne and radial axial ring rolling mill raw e 100/50 along with 1600 tonne blanking press (thyssen wagner make) . Apart from these, the company is fully equipped with in-house die making, heat treatment, machin shop and testing facilities to ensure consistent ateach stage of production. Apart from other quality accreditations, the company is certify for the flowing quality standards: iso 9001 :2000; pressure equipment directiv - 97/23/ec; ad-2000 merkblatt wo; canadian boiler board - crns for conformance to appendix "h" ; and approval by lloyds register, bureau veritas, tuv, etc,.
