• Offered by tmt machine tools, the hydraulic precision bore grinding machine is use ti grind sizes from 10 to 100 mm and maximum depth up to 100 mm. Grinding spindle is provided to run at 12000 to 32000 rpm. This machine is available with cross-slide swivel angle 60 clockwise and 45 counter-clockwise, work head can be rotated counter-clockwise 90 and the table is swivel -3, +9. It is available with centre height of 180 mm to accommodate bigger size chucks, or any other holding devices. Other features are castings are stress relived by vibration "formula-62" and in normalising oven. All spindle and shafts are heat treated to have dimensional stability. Assemblies are provided with in dust free environment. All rotating parts are balanced. Table and cross slide maped with anti-friction material turcite-b. These machines are ideally applicable for auto parts manufacturers and other general-purpose industry. .
