• Jyoti engineers presents new hygienic twin and trilobe pump, that are perfect for products handled in food, canning, cosmetics, confectionary,brewery, beverage, dairy, bakery, pharmaceuticals and chemicals process industries. These pumps work of the lobe rotor generate vacuum, the volume increase, causing the liquid to flow into the pump chambers. The liquid is carried between the lobes and the pump casings,thereafter the other liquid to flow into the pump casing. Thereafter the other lobe chamber is filled with the liquid and lastly the liquid is pressed out of the pump. Casing covers can easily be seprated for cleaning and inspection. When pumping products with high temperature a steam jacketed cover can be fitted to transfer heat to pumping body to minimise setup of fluids and to sustain product temperature during extended shutdown periods. The ports are designed in bevel seat, conformings to iso standard and shfts sealing by mechanical seal. They are also made available with stuffing box gland packing or an 'o' ring. The pumps are delivered fitted on portable trolley stand with appropriate electric motor and starter for easy movement implants to connect for ultimate use with other units..
