• Machine for open type ballast for 40 w and 20 w, ftl, was introduced by naman enterprises. A base plate, coil, "u" and "t" type of lamination with aluminium air gap material, nylon end caps and terminal are the parts going into this product. Air gap thickness could be decreased to archive the required current by compressing air gap material/wire this is called calibration. This takes care of viriation of wire and lamination quality. There are other types of lamination to attend the same effect like odd legged e&i, m&i, etc, where calibration is possible. This spm is specially manufactured with latest technology to improve the power consumption/reducing calibrating the ballast with hydro pneumatic pressure before crimping the base plate. This is a compressed air operated electrically controlled automatic spm with manual mode as well. A variac is available for setting voltage of the testing power source. This machine is also used for testing any other type of ballast of the same range as well. Suitable for cfl, pl and ftl ballast 5 to 58 w, and 70 to 400 w hid. .
