• This machine, produced by r v machine tools, is a hydraulically operated, wood pecking cycle, twin head, deep hole drilling spm. The machine is applicable for drilling having long depth. For every 20 mm depth the spindle head is moving rapid get feed, drilling operation takes place and reverse back. Both sides having spindle head and the drilling is done alternatively. Specifications: number of drill heads: two; spindles are er20 collet type; component clamping manually by toggle clamp; length of the job 180 mm to be located in the v-block fixture; drill dia 6 to 10 mm; motor power is 1 hp/1440 rpm; and spindle speed is 1500 rpm. Features: the machine is working with wood pecking cycle system and both the slide is hydraulically operated. It is maintained by electricals with plc. .
