• This product brought by pharma chem machineries consists of a rotating disc with interchangeable tube holding sockets of different tube sizes. The filling syringe pump along with ss filling block is fitted with non-return value to prevent tailing of the material. There are volume track for setting fine volume adjustment and accuracy. The hot air blower tool is fitted on aluminium brackets, one hot air blowing nozzle is provided according the tube sizes along with the basic machine. The sealing of the tubes is done pneumatically; there are metal jaws for sealing the tubes. The trimmer is also pneumatically operated for trimming the access portion of the sealed tubes.
