• Accurate charging of sugar as per the recipe is very essential to get consistent product quality in the food industry. Miranda automation pvt.Ltd s plc base sugar handling system handles sugar and broken biscuit dosing very accurately in multiple product system. Sugar is taken from bags and silo and transferred into service silo pneumatically. Each mixer is provided with separate electronically tagged trolley. The trolley is placed on flush mounted weighing scale. Sugar is discharged from the service silo in to the designated trolley for the mixer as per the recipe. Accurate quantity of biscuit dust is also added into the trolley simultaneously. Accurate records are maintained batch wise and mixer wise by plc system..
