• Diamond carbide nickel-tungsten carbide hard surfacing should be applied any time steel or iron parts are considesed severe erosion or abrasion. Its available ares parts last longer than original; improved equipment efficiency; lower operating and maintenance costs; corrosion and high temperature resistant; wets into cast iron; high purity, no binders or fillers; 100% deposition efficiency; and easy to use. The 60 rc matrix with macro crystalline carbide is particularly suited to pump linings, screws/worms/augers, pipe elbows, turbine blades, mixer alade edges and faces, and crushers (vs50). Rc 40 nickel matrix with macro crystalline carbide is ideal for: cutting blades, and recycling shears/blades. More aggressive carbide should be used for ripping and digging: pulp mills, agricultural implements, bucket teeth and edges bits and scrapers. .
