• With the advancement in technology in process industries, rotating equipment is required to severe operating conditions like excessive pressure, high temperatures, corrosive fluids and gases, etc. It required a selection of proper seals. Type ac 236 seals from series ac-200 are thin cross-section multiple spring seals with replaceable slide rings. Operating conditions: service - petrol, diesel and other petroleum products, solvents, mild acids, alkalis and salts; pressure range type 236- up to 10 kg/cm, type 236 b - up to 25 kg/cm; temperature range - 100 to 250 c; and shaft diameter - 16 to 150 mm. .
