• Innova enterprises, sourced from epcos introduces passive components in electricals. Its range includes ferrite cores, aluminium electrolytic capacitors, mov film capacitors and x2 capacitors for emi suppression. Ferrite cores - entire range from ee16/08/05 to ee 70/33/32; etd 29 to etd 59; ec3510 and toroidal cores. An efd core (economic flat design) is used in dc to dc converters where the height has to be minimum. The smaller central limb allows space for a larger winding area. Epcos has cores from efd 15 to efd 30. All the above cores are present in a variety of grades like n 27, n 67, n 87 and n 30, each designed for its particular application. Aluminium electrolytic capacitors - these are available in 450 v dc range, can size is kept to a minimum. They have high reliability and ripple current. Its all welded construction ensures reliable electrical contact. Values like 2200 mfd, 3300 mfd and 4700 mfd are available ex-stock. Film capacitors, box type capacitors with metallised polyester or polypropylene dielectric. Capacitors up to 2 kv for ballast application; new stack film silver capacitors for applications such as cdi units and led push button indicators; x2 capacitors used in smps for emi suppression.
