• Sruti oscillating granulators offered by kanath engineering (formerly national machinery co), are available in models: sg-250 and sg-500, for pharmaceutical, chemical, food and fertiliser industries. Sg-250 provides up to 400 kg/hr and sg-500 provides up to 800 kg/hr output with 2 mm dia perforated sieves (output varies depending on the type of product and sieve). These machines are made of stainless steel, as per gmp norms appropriate to international fda standards. The machines provide high output with less percentage of fines and have features like: robust simple and compact design, easy installation in production line, uniform granules, maintenance free and can be attached with vacuum loading and discharge arrangement or gravity flow system. The granulating chamber and internal parts can be cleaned from inside. The inner surfaces are mirror polished to project adherence of the product and facilitate cleaning. Sliding rails and fast fixing devices permit easy mounting and dismantling of the accessories. Benefits compared to conventional models: high output, minimum fines, low noise level, closed and compact to prevent powder leakage, dust free operation, and low speed oscillation prevents excess heat generation. Also, the machines are offered for easy introduction in production line and continuous non-stop operation; and can be applied for dry and wet granulation. Granule size varies from 1 mm to 10 mm according the perforation of sieves. .
