• These products are trouble-free high speed blowers. Single stage blowers are offers in: range -0.25 to 100 hp; volume - up to 1800 cfm max; and pressure - up to 2000 mm stwc. These blowers are provided in various drive types: 1. Belt drive - provided with en-8 steel shaft extension running in ball bearing of ample size, housing in rigid housings. The shaft is available with v-type or flat pulley of suitable size. The whole blower with the v-belt drive is fixed on ms fabricated base plate. It is also provided with stuffing box, to prevent the leakage of gas for chemical factories, or with dissipating disc for air cooling of bearings; 2. Motor drive - supplied with suitable size of totally enclosed fan cooled motors and suitable for 3-phase 400/440 v, 50 hz ac supply. Fans are available with single-phase motors and also with flameproof motors; and 3-couple drive - provided with suitable couple set as per blower capacity, with suitable size of tefc motors and suitable for 3 ph. 400/440 v, 50 hz ac. Fans are available with single phase motors and also flame proof motors. Applications: crucible furnaces, oil fire furnaces, cupola furnaces, ceramic industries, chemical plants, cattle feeds plants, rolling mills, flour mills, cement factories, fertiliser industries, boilers, plastic machinery plants, textile mills and process industries, hot mix plants and suction blowers for dust, vapour, powder, gases, hot air, and light materials handling and for many other industries. .
