• Powder process equipment is for mixing, crushing and blending solid powders efficiently. Its capacity is of the equipment is 20 liters onwards, and material of construction is ss 316, ss 304 and ms. The features in flute that the entire unit is fabricated with engineering precision. With the double ribbons, that provide to and fro, and up and down movement to the powder, two chopper blades moving at cutting speed are provided at diagonally opposite sides to break lumps/ coarse particles of the mixture. The liquid spraying nozzles attached with neumatic dozing system is kept optional. It ensures small amounts of any liquied such as perfumes or fortifying agents to be sprayed and mixed thoroughly with the powder. Proper venting system is given to prevent powder mist spreading around the working area of the mixer. N blanketing can be provided. Proper hoppers with mechanical sieves at the feeding station can be provided on request. Machined so that the powder does not leak out through the shaft seals. Its entire unit is provided with a proper lid to prevent outside dust entering the system. .
