This fasting system produces virtually leak proof locks and fully eliminates the time and money wasted on refinishing burned or scratched painted metal surfaces. A point of light is directed to the exact centre of the lower die indicating exactly where the punch occurs. It is found in a variety of throat depths, this is ideal for aluminium, steel, perforated steel, even fastening aluminium to galvanised metal. It is not recommended for stainless steels. These are available in medium duty model (suitable for 16-30 gauge sheets) as well as heavy-duty model (suitable for 10-22 gauge sheets). The machines are pneumatically operated and require air supply of 100 psi. The button formed after locking has diameter for medium duty machines as 4.76. Duty machines as 635 mm. .
