• Jyoti engineers introduces new hygienic twin and trilobe pump series suitable for the products handled in food, canning, confectionary cosmetics, beverage, brewery, backery, dairy, pharmaceuticals and chemical process industries. This pump works in rotation of the lobe rotor, creates a vacuum, the volume increases, causing the liquid to flow into the pump chamber. The liquid is carried between the lobes and the pump casing. Affawards other lobe chamber is filled with the liquid and lastly the liquid is pressed out of the pump. This design ensures precise timing and avoids contact between lobes. And is suitable for slurry, sticky with viscosity fluids. Its casing cover can easily be removed for cleaning and inspection. When pumping products with a high temperature a steam jacketed cover can be fitted to transfer heat to pumping body to minimise set-up of fluids and to maintain product temperature during extended shut down periods. The ports are designed in bevel seat, conforming to iso standard and shaft sealing by mechanical seal. They are also available or obtainable with stuffing box gland packing or an o-ring seal. And available in standard part sizes from 25 mm to 100 mm having capacity from 45 to 22000 lph. .
