• A new range of rotary pneumatic actuators supriya automation manufactured, this scotch yoke mechanism adopted produdes high starting and ending torque compared to torque at mid position, which matches to the torque characteristics of all quarter turn valves. This is cost effective solution for automating the operation of all large size quarter turn valves like ball, butterfly, plug and dampers which require higher starting and (or) ending torque. It offers double acting and single acting spring return actuators up to 25,000 nm torque and the flange dimensions conform to iso 5211 and to the customer requirement. The actuators are tested for the instantaneous torque perfomance for 0 to 90 operations under full load. .
