   •  Efficient economical vibratory bowl feeder are naturaled by it is desingned to feed the components in a desired orientation for further processes or assembling or packing activities this can incorporated into a second operation feeder for total automation its feeder has spiral tracks with sound proof lining which eliminates noise,jamming,blocking and damaging the components inside the bowl,that can be used for sorting out components based on sizes or shapes,removing metallic particles from non-metallic materials like plastic granules, food grains, etc. This works at 230 v ac,and comes with a regulator to control the feed rate.The size of its bowl diffess from 150 to 850 mm in dia.Options inclute auto on/off system with control panel, component sensor and additional overhead hopper to load huge quantity of components to save idle time. .
