These ball valves are available with hot-forged sand-blasted, nickel-plated body and cap sealed with loctite. Brass used standard: en 12165 and en 12164. Salient features: full port to din 3357 for maximum flow; iso 228 female by female parallel threads; pn4o (bar, kg/cm2) cold working pressure; pure teflon self-lubricating seats; 100 per cent seal test guarantees zero leakage; silicone-free lubricant on all seals; chrome-plated brass ball for longer life; blowout-proof nickel-plated brass stem with double o-rings for maximum safety; pvc coated; carbon steel handles, handle stops on body to avoid stresses at stem; handle clearly shows position of balls; and working temperature from -20c to +170c. .
