• Roto seals industries designed single conical helical spring unbalanced seals. These seals are independent of the direction of rotation. These seals are shaped to handle liquids of varying contamination consisting slurries, sludges, viscous or abrasive media, etc. As these seals are self cleaning and non-clogging, for easier fitting the conical helical spring should be pushed on shaft with a twisting motion in the sense of spring winding. Operating limits: shaft diameter - 3/8" to 3"; pressure unbalanced - 10 bar; speed - up to 4500 rpm; temperature - -40c to +180c; face material - carbon, ceramic (99.5%); silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, stellite, etc. .
