• Kmt construct single spindle automatic lathes are extremely flexible equipment that provide big returns on small investments. The kmt proves proved economical for mass production of simple and complex turned parts for automobiles, bicycles, tractors, diesel engines, sewing machines and business machines, aircraft and so on. The simple design of these automats greatly decrease the time for change-over of tooling set-up from one components to another. Standard tools: front and rear main sliders, tailstock bar stop, one collet with drill holder, electric drive motor, electric coolant pump, one set of cam blanks, one silent gravity bar feed chest, trans-parent splash guard, change gears. Additional accessories: single vertical slide, double vertical slide, long turning attachment (front and rear), various types of tool holders, finished cams, collets chamfering attachment, tooling and setting. These are available in various models. Specifications (models kmt-25/kmt-32): max capacity round bar - 25/32 mm; hexagonal - 22/36 mm af; square - 18/22 mm; max turning length with long turning attachment - 50/60 mm; maximum drill - 40/50 mm; spindle speed (6) - 668 to 2180/680 to 2180 rpm; and electric drive motor (3-phase) - 2/3 hp, 1440 rpm. .
