• Batliboi make cnc drilling machine ( br - 6 cnc) similar to a co-ordinate drilling machine is developed for various applications to minimise component handling. These machines can be used for drilling and tapping operations. All the three axis movements are controlled by a microprocessor based cnc system and the linear transducers in it ensures minimal movement errors in all three axis. It comprises of an x - axis movement by drill head through variable constant torque ac servomotor. Adequate end support to radial arm provides required rigidity. It is a multiple micro processor with multi part programming and has self diagnostics with selected error codes. A device that indeed satisfies its customer. .
