• Mamko has intelligently developed industrial elutriator that is useful for solid separation from a liquid or even solid fractionator from a particulate solid mixture. It is also helpful for removing useful solids from other solids. Typical application of this instrument includes removal of gold powder from other dust particles in a gold processing jewellery factory. Other applications are set as separation of stones from a coal in a coke processing plant. The particle sizes for this separation vary between 100 mm and 250 mm and densities are between 900 to 9000 kg/m3. Elutriator may require a liquid medium such as water or otherwise. The energy requirement is minimal and very low as compared to a hydrocyclone. Basically, an elutriator is a vertical settling chamber. It consists of one or more tubes or chambers arranged in series. Even many other systems are also manufactured by mamko to satisfy large number of customers, which are twin shift blenders, steam mixers, spiral separators, eductor jets, patterson blenders, nano emulsifiers, jets with static mixers and many others..
