• A wide variety of battery operated stacker are available with salient technical features like free lift of 280mm,power unit width 825mm,load wheel (steel) dia 83mm etc. It comes with a capacity of 1000kg uniformly distributed and its body is made up of steel fabrication. Its travel speed for laden is of 3.6km/hr and for unladen is of 4.8km/hr. It comprise of 24v traction battery 219ah with a 5 hour rate of discharge .The complete drive unit is mounted on a trunnion and is supported by heavy duty ball & roller bearings. A control handle for steering the truck rotates this entire unit. The control handle actuates a pair of brake shoes. The brakes are on when the control handle is either vertical or horizontal. It is driven by 1 hp 24v motor through a double reduction chain drive. At the steering handle two stage traction speeds, controlled by micro-switches are located which are operated by finger controlled forward/push buttons. It also comes with many other important features and electronics may be supplied as optional control for traction at additional price..
