• Automatic high speed triple head container filling machine is specially for filling paste and ointment such as balm, ointment, wax polish, paste, jam, sauce, adhesives, gum and any other kind of semi liquid in bottles or plastic containers etc. All operations of this unit are automatic except loading of the containers on the turntable. There is an automatic collection of filled containers on collection trays/ conveyor belt of this container filling machine. The main positive aspect of this machine is that all contact parts are easily detachable for cleaning and sterilization and they all are of teflon ss 304 /ss 316 quality as required by customers. There are also different provisions of thermostatically controlled jacketed heater with stirrer and of control panel for all electrical control along with circuit breakers for this container filling machine. Most important is that the unit is easy for maintenance and simple in operation. The containers are to be loaded on the turn table and the turn table they are carried to the filling station, where three containers are filled at a time. There is a process switch that stops the machine when there is no containers for filing in the gangway of the conveyor, after the filling of the containers they move forward towards the other end of the conveyor where they are collected for further operations.
