• The pcm-2 high speed semi automatic capsule filling machine is designed for faster production, accurate filling and less maintenance and cut in labour intensive. The rectification of capsules (cap up and body down style) has been very much improved by widely using this particular machine. The filling section in the machine has a variable auger and filling tables speeds to enable accurate and quality filling. The locking of capsules is done much faster by the new enclosed below deck closure mechanism. The loading and the filling table have an automatic stopping system after completing a rotation of 360-degree revolution. The drive motor of this capsule filling machine is of 0.75 kw (1 hp ) 440 v, 3 phase, 50 hz while the vacuum required is of 380 mm to 500 mm of hg at 1000 lts/min (15" to 20" of hg a 3.5 cf.) displacement and the compressed air required is of 5-7 kg/sq.Cm at 142 lts/min (70-100 psi at 5 cfm).
