• Pharma-machines for the first time provide antibiotic zone reader which is the most suitable to measure the diameter of the inhibited zone in microbiology, botany, zoology, bacteriology and pathology labs. The process of determination with this instrument is rapid, accurate and reliable. The instrument is unique in design and measures the diameter readability of the inhibited zone to 0.1 mm within the range of 00.00 to 35.00 mm. The light from a source in the base passes up through the transparent and semitransparent portions of the agar. Then, it gets reflected by a mirror, supported with an arm above the unit, to a glass prism mounted at the front of unit. The magnified image of the zone inhibition is clearly visible on the prism.
