• Ravika engineering, for the first time in india, the dead weight pressure gauge testers with electrical power rotation for free piston and weights at a speed of 30rpm, as per international standards. This reduces human error and operator fatigue. Also offered is a range of testers for calibrating pressure gauges and other pressure sensing, transmitting and recording pressure instruments up to 1000kg/cm². Relationship between pressure acting on the known area of a vertically free floating piston producing a force balanced by known dead weights is made use of in the dead weight pressure gauge tester. The tester has a built-in screw pump of adequate capacity to generate pressure by turning of a handle, permitting easy and accurate settings. Free piston assembly of special steel, hardened, tempered, stress relieved (artificially aged), ground and super-finished to accurate size and very fine surface finish provides true floating action. A set of weights of phosphated m.S or ss304, directly marked in convenient values of pressure and easily stackable on the weight carrier, which is attached to the free piston provided. The testers are available in kg/cm², bar, kpa, mpa, lb/in² units. Accuracies of ±0.1 percent, ±0.06 percent and ±0.03 percent with national traceability are available. Simple top-loading pistons and re-entrant pistons with overhanging weights are available indifferent versions. Vacuum testers are also available in mmhg, inhg, kg/ cm², bar, or mmh2o units. Comparators are available with master test gauges..
