• Ravika engineers is a first of its kind in india for applications in pharama, food, oxygen, nitrogen and acetylene industries. All watted parts are made of stainless steel. The tester make use of the relationshiop between pressure acting on the known area of a verically free floating piston producing a force balanced by known dead weights. It has a built-in screw pump of adequate capacity to generate pressure by turning a handle permitting easy andaccurate settings. Free piston assembly of special steel, hardened, tempered, stress relieved (artificially aged), ground and super- finished to accurate suze abd very fine surface finish provides true floating action. High pressure testers are provided with tungsten carbide pistons. Set weights of phosphaated ms or ss 304, directly marked in convenient values of pressure and easily stackable on the weight carrier which is attached to the free piston are provide. The testers are availablein kg/cm , bar, kpa, mpa, lb/in units. Accuracies of 0.1, 0.06@ cal motor ratation for free piston and weights at speeds of approx 30 rpm can be provided..
