• Surface finishing equipment co presents mini but high production finishing machines (rotary barrel type) for non-ferrous die-casted components. These machines house barrels having effective volumetric capacity 1.5 cft approximately. The non-ferrous die-casted components are loaded into the barrels. The patter rotates, with a small size compact blast wheel that throws mediaon tumbling components inside the barrels. The small burrs, file marks, die defects are removed and homogenous matt finish o n the components surface is obtained and has a imparted silver and pleasing finish, which gives esthetic look. The finishing machines do not consume compressed air and require only 5 hp power to operate. Electric controls are centrally located and incorporated all safety features and are designed for shot blast cleaning of small-to-medium size of components. .
