• Granite surface plates meet is 7327-1991 for flatness manufactured to precision standards using the highest quality granite. Its perfect orous quality control inspection is carried out at all stages. This high precision computerised electronic level carries out final inspection. Its accuracy under load is the plates are capable of supporting a total normal load of 25 kg per 0.1 sq m. A certificate of accuracy is given with each plate as per is 7327-1991. Technical the granite surface plates are manufactured in four grades. Application of these four grades of plates are grade 00 is of laboratory grade. This is specific for precision measurement in gauge rooms and metrology laboratories. Grade 0 is of inspection grade. Grade 1 is of tool room grade. Which is specified for production checking work through the shop. Grade 2 is for use in shops for general inspection and is available in sizes 250 x 250 mm to 2000 x 1000 mm. .
