• Different types of typical glass units manufactured by silicaware pvt. Ltd. Include reaction units, fractional distillation units, reaction distillation units, hcl absorption towers. The company supply these units as a package complete with necessary valves, pipeline and tubular supporting structure. These units are great in demand and are constructed by using different components. Reaction unit consist of a spherical glass reactor, electrical heating and cooling bath, stirring assembly with bellow seal, fix speed flameproof geared motor, addition vessel, coil condenser, manual reflux divider, product cooler and a receiver. Fractional distillation unit consists of a spherical glass reactor, electrical heating and cooling bath, packed column, coil condenser, manual reflux divider, product cooler and a pair of receivers. Hcl absorption towers consists of a series of packed columns, coil condensers on top and bottom of that, an unequal tee for gas feed. This scientific instrument consists of a series of coil condensers, a vapour pipeline, an adaptor plate for a leak proof fitting with reactor`s nozzle, and a reflux pipeline. Optionally, shell and tube heat exchangers can also be installed over the glass lined reactors. These laboratory glassware units are operated under varied atmospheric pressures and temperatures. Besides these distillation and absorptions units, silicaware pvt. Ltd.
