• Triple head conveyorised belt-grinding machine, for high quality deburring is offered by grind master. It has two belt grinding heads and one planetary brushing head. This machine is used for the purpose of deburring and finishing flat punched and blanked parts like clutch plates. It consists of two belt grinding heads and one planetary deburring head. First belt grinding head removes all heavy burrs with coarse grit belt. Next belt grinding head improves the surface finish with finer grit belt. Last planetary brushing head knocks off folded burr and all secondary burr. Planetary head uses four brushes and due to the planetary movements, the burr, which gets folded because of one brush, is knocked off from its root by next brush. This operation also generates micro radiusing on the sharp corners and edges of the components. And it is popular for deburring of flat components like; clutch, sprockets, punched parts, blanked parts and milled parts, etc. .
