• Grind master offers rotary table type automatic deburring machines for high quality deburring and edge rounding of flat milled surfaces of aluminium die-castings and cast iron castings. The machine is available with planetary deburring heads that take up abrasive bristle cup brushes. Due to circular action, burr all around the surface gets completely removed and does not get folded. This process eliminate the problems of oil leakage, gasket getting cut due to sharp edge and hand injury to the operator. The increment in surface finish and random scratch pattern created by this process improves sealings. The company also produces planetary deburring units which are installed on rotary milling machines or reciprocating table machines. .
