• Toshni-tek presents metal plate detector, double fed-dd series. It is one of the intelligence device from keyence that directs today's automated production process. Some of the applications of dd series are, it observes overlapping of sheets, foils, frames, pipes, etc. It also examines excess or reduction in quantity of foils, sheets, frames, etc, which intensifes precautionary steps to be taken. It can be used in pipe, steel, electroplating, aluminium, metal forming, sheet metal industries, etc. Control output can be connected to a plc for further process control. These detectors are high preci- sion sensors which feature a compact sensor head and an amplifier. Dd series comes in two types, 2-head type and 1-head type. Detectors can be programmed to different target thickness and response time can be adjusted. It detects the double fed metal plates with various thickness (0.01 mm to 10 mm) and the output levels can be confirmed using bar graph..
